Winter White Out Event Design
EVENT WEBSITE
We wanted to create a website that could stand on it’s own for marketing purposes. As separate entity from The Arrangement website, but still the same company all the same. It had to be fun, a way to show our customers how we throw parties and events.
Fun yet informative. Our Winter White Out Event was the perfect bang to jump start the idea. We created a beautiful landing page for first time visitors, a page dedicated to FAQ’s and directions, and a page directing them to the nearest hotels they could stay in while visiting the Arrangement from out of town. We even placed in a page that told all about the vendors we would use and what kind of food, music, and activities there would be.
MAILERS
A tri-fold sparkling crystal event mailer with all the details for the three-day event. Catered food, custom cakes, live music, Sgt. Reckless book signing, signature drinks, wine tasting, raffle, fashion show, giveaways, and more importantly whiskey tasting.

SGT. RECKLESS
We designed in-store banners and graphics made specifically for this event. The largest was 8’ x 10’ used as a backdrop for the artist talk and book signing. Sgt. Reckless was an American War Hero horse so heroic during the Korean War, the Commandant of the Marine Corps promoted her to Staff Sergeant. Robin Hutton, the author of the Sgt. Reckless biography, and Jocelyn Russell, the artist that created a life-size bronze sculpture of the horse, talked at the Dallas Perot Museum. We found them at the Dallas Safari Club and were so totally taken by them that in a matter of weeks we turned the heartfelt story into a whole event.
The Winter White Out had record attendance and hosted our special guests, along with custom cakes, live music performances, artist/author presentations & slideshows, a fashion show, an authentic 22-foot teepee outside filled with cigar chairs, a fashion truck, and more. We even provided hair and makeup for the guest speakers.
Trade Show Event Design
We designed flyers, banners, branded tablecloths, and digital graphics for our company booth at this annual trade show. Adding new elements to each show to switch up imagery, while also maintaining brand integrity, was the key to a successful show.
